The Manhasset Bay Group, Inc. (“TMBG”) is a privately-held company incorporated in Delaware for the purpose of investing in high-end, luxury real estate investment and development projects, principally in the greater New York metropolitan region. The shareholders and officers of TMBG comprise a consortium of professionals with experience in international real estate, architecture and finance. TMBG has also engaged two New York-based individuals on its Advisory Board.

 

TMBG has been sufficiently capitalized in equity and shareholders loans.  TMBG executed an agreement with the New York Province of the Society of Jesus to purchase the property located at 251 Searingtown Road, Manhasset with closing on July 31, 2013.
